The USB-RS485-1800-WE is an FTDI USB to RS485 level serial UART converter cable that allows the connection of serial devices with RS485 interfaces to the computer via a USB-A port. It features a 1.8-meter (1800mm) cable length with a USB-A connector on one end and 6-way bare wire ends (WE) on the other for connecting to RS485 serial equipment.
