  2. Metal Connectors: Ensure durability and mechanical strength, providing reliable connections in harsh environments and outdoor applications.
  3. Secure Locking Mechanism: Features a locking mechanism to ensure a secure connection and prevent accidental disconnections.

Application:

1. Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA)

AISG RET M16 Metal Connector Right Angle Cable Assembly is used to connect TMAs with the base station antenna.

TMA, also known as Tower Mounted Amplifier, is an amplifier device installed on a communication tower or antenna bracket. It can amplify the signal from the base station transmitter to the antenna to compensate for the loss of the signal during transmission, improving the signal quality, and thereby enhancing coverage and system performance.

2. Antenna Control Unit (ACU)

M16 AISG RET Cable can also be used in the Antenna Control Unit.

Antenna Control Unit, also called ACU, is a device used to manage and control the position, tilt, orientation, and other parameters of the antenna. It can communicate with the adjustable antenna system, perform remote control operations, and monitor system performance.

In conclusion, these two devices are often used together for better signal transmission and coverage. The TMA provides signal enhancement, while the ACU is responsible for remote control and monitoring of the antenna, ensuring that the communication system can provide stable and high-quality services under different conditions.
